I get this same message when I play UO sp with all my mods, maps and skins downloaded. If anyone can help us, that would be greatly appreciated.

To XyoshibakaX:

I believe that you may have a file that is compatible with both UO and CoD, but is more compatible with UO. In my case I believe that I have a CoD file that is comaptible with UO too, but is more compatible with CoD. You can try taking out every mod that you think is either downloaded off of a server or other files you have downloaded that could be UO files. It is very easy to get UO and CoD files confused because alot of files are made for both games.

You have a file which is corrupt, and doesnt match the server's you play on.

Reinstall the game(s) again, and remember to delete the COD folder that gets left behind after uninstalling.

Sounds like you may be changing the stock pk3's. Don't do that!!!! Extract the files you need to change. Include the changed files in you mod.
