Today, we accidently had our clan leader banned from our own server ( :uhm: ), and we obviously need him unbanned. We have our server hosted remotely by a hosting company, so we have to connect to our server's FTP site to get into the "ban.txt" file to unban him. So, we looked in the ban list and his name didn't show up. Using rcon, we tried the 'unBan [player name here]' command, and that had no success either. We tried everything under the sun - deleting the ban.txt file to restarting the server. Does anyone have any idea? Where else in the server do you think we may be able to find a banlist? This is urgent! *XackAttacK*

ROFL!    Sorry, I can't help you though.
Just as the guy above me says: ROLF :D:D. But I don't know it is possible to unban an player. I always thought: ban = ban for lifetime. Maybe other people know how to solve your problem, i know i can't.
use this command
/rcon unbanuser “playername”
without the quotes ( '' ) ey
Wait a sec.... Was this a CoD server ban or a PB server ban? Since your fearless leader wasn't in the ban.txt file then he probably got kicked by punkbuster which is a TOTALLY SEPARATE ban list. See if he appears in the MBL here:
