I've just installed CoD and I've been playing for about a week, but then all of a sudden, my games graphics started skipping...But the really wierd thing was that it only skipped when i moved my mouse....HELP WOULD BE NICE!:mad: :confused:

Could you perhaps be a little more specific than just "skipping." Do you mean that all of your movements are jerky? If so, your frame rates mght need a boost. You can increase your frames per second, by turning down the resolution, and turning down the preformance options in the CoD options menu.

Couple of questions would help me diagnose the problem: 1. What are your pc specs? I.e. cpu and graphics card. 2. How are you connecting to the net? Is it via a router?

Well, I use wireless internet: NETGEAR I have 1GB of RAM And I have an Nvidia GeForce FX 550 OC 256MB/ddr AGP 8x/4x/2x

oh, and about the skipping thing.....when I use the W S A D keys it doesnt lag/skip. But when I move my mouse, THATS when it skips. This happens on all of my games

Is your mouse corded or wireless? Coz I think i know what the answer is - your mouse.

It doesnt matter because I have used every mouse in my house, which is about 5 mouses. And still the same problem.

Yeah, but the driver is going through a wireless setup, and it isn't functioning properly. Try playing without the wireless setup. Try a straight-forward modem connection.

In other words try playing the game with wires lol. I found that if I played the game on a wireless network it does skip a little as the pc's trying to keep the connection going, but with wired connection its got a "true connection", same with wired / wireless mice. I found the best way to play the on line games is to have a wired connection to the net and a wired mouse.

tired that too, AND I redownloaded the graphics drivers, and updated windows!!! God, I'm stuck, please help me...:(
