Hello all, Heres the problem. I'm connected to my fathers computer threw a wireless router. In CoD2 MP I start an internet dedicated server, then I go to "Join Game" in the CoD2 MP menu and look for my game. Can you guess?.. I can't find it. It's in local alright. Not diplayed over internet. And yes, my filters are set so it should show.. and every other damn precaution has been taken. I understand Activision/Infinity Ward don't support router connections. I want to know if there's a way to get my server to work, be displayed over the internet, and have who ever and what ever join it. Can anyone give me clear step by step instructions on how to do this? The router is a D-Link WBR-1310. I use a USB wireless connector to connect to router. ISP is Rogers, highspeed cable modem. I would bitch to Infinity Ward about this, but they ain't support routers. Sorry if there is another thread about this, if the instructions are clear and worthy enough of me, please point me in the right direction:). can anyone help?

Thank you, Kevan

yo, all u have to do is open up the necessary ports on your router to run a server..use this website, just find your router, then pick call of duty 2 as the game, it then gives u step by step instructions..PortForward.com - Free Help Setting up Your Router or Firewall And to actually run a server..this was the program i used and it worked perfectly..all my friends could join and it also showed up in the internet browser!...Custom Dedicated Server Planner (2.0) - FileFront.com if you need anymore help add my xfire: im6the9daddy or email me at vskate1@bellsouth.net
