I EVEN WENT TO THE REGISTRY AND DELETED ANY FILES ASSOSIATED WITH COD2 OR ACTIVISION. BUT STILL NO GO. ANYONE HAVE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN TRY TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. First of all: Don't type everything in Capitols, I edited it out now.

You will need to delete the folder "Actvision" on your Installation drive. You might also have to clean the registery of any COD2 references. Start>Run>regedit and search for any COD2 references and delete them.
