Once I figured out some of the settings in the debugflametable file. Now I can set enemies on fire from far away. And no more heat up cool down. Did those things get that hot?
They shot fire, I'm pretty sure they got pretty hot.
LOL! Yea, but the flame was always at the end of the nozzel.
Just out of curiosity, have you attempted to play the SP campaign with any mods? I have been pulling my hair out since day 1 trying to get mods to work for the SP campaign but no matter what I do, and no matter what the mod contains, certain maps ALWAYS crash to a black screen when they finish loading. Have you gotten this error or do all of the SP missions work fine for you? For the record the ones that do not work are Burn 'Em Out, Semper Fi, Black Cats, and a couple Russian ones that I don't remember
Yes, I can not get those to go with the mods either. Mak, the first map as well. Still trying tho. Frustrating ya know?

I have come up empty here too. Guess we will have to wait for a patch. Sucks, cause i like playing sp with my own mods.
What is it exactly you have to change to make it shoot farther?
I have been playing around with this for a bit and now am not sure I have changed anything. I have made some extreme changes just see if it affects the thing, but I am now convinced nothing is changing. Treyarch has some different FX than in CoD4, namely the Flamethrower ones are GFX not FX so they do not even show up in the mod FX editor.
