OF and CoH v2.xxx have the Bergetiger, which as well as being able to repair buildings, vehicles and recover wrecks, it cna also repair destroyed bridges. Or are you asking for a vehicle that can lay a light bridge anywhere on the map?

A bridge laying tank would be nice, but no one really had any during WW2, it was mostly floating pontoon bridges (British Bailey bridge), that required a hell of a lot of time and men to construct. If it were implemented, i'd like to see it for the british, as they did most of the bridge laying, and it fits their trucks=buildings defensive play style. It doesn't really fit the Wehr, and the PE are mobile enough as it is, you don't want them to be able to cross any water way and completely bypass any brit defensives, not to mention it also wouldn't fit them either. Probably for the British, where you have to buy a truck from the HQ, which drives in and you can tell it lay the ground work for a bridge for ~500mp, which then you need sappers to build it, and if it gets destroyed, its gone and you need to get the truck to lay more ground work.

i kinda liked what lethal dosage side about Bergetiger, which as well as being able to repair buildings, vehicles and recover wrecks, it can also repair destroyed bridges that would great if the allies could do that it would make a new twist to the game even if it could'nt build new bridges
