Hey everyone, I've been working on a 2 player skirmish map, and while placing several objects to see what they would look like, I've come across a few that I am now unable to remove! Even simplying hitting the undo button after placing them (particularly gunners in tents or fortifications) only removes the tent or structure. The gunner team and gun is still in place, but I am unable to select/move/delete them. please, I am open to any suggestions. Also, it seems that when I play the map against the computer, they only build within thier initial grounds and occasionally capture the closest territory to them. After that, they don't ever advance until after I send guys into thier area. Then it seems to "wake" them up and they proceed to react like normal. Any ideas on how to correct this AI issue? (Standard issue maps they still react correctly) any tips/suggestions would be greatly appriciated! :Puzzled:

I have encountered the non-removeable objects problem too. Must be a bug in the editor. You can find the object in the item list, but it won't let you select it. I've had it happen with an artillery piece.

And yes, have experienced the same AI non-starting, or not doing much problem as well. I do know that if you hem yourself in, ie: build complete defences with no way through, the friendly AI goes into a sulk and parks tons of forces around its own base.

The most annoying thing I've seen the British AI do is to put things down in your base area!

One issue that appears to affect an AI's start point not starting is having the base building and its "matching" reinforcement point in different sectors. I have also seen it suggested that you should delete the base building and simply put another one in (obviously for the right player number).
