Are you crazy??? How could you ever consider uninstalling it?!!!
Is this a proper mod, or just the speech files? At 1.1bg, ouch!
It are the speech files, it just replaces the Axis speech files with new German once. It also works in campaign, multyplayer and when you play as americans, the enemy units also speek German. I am not sure, but to uninstall it you could save a backup of the old speech files and replace them.
