KMOD stands for "Kyranzor's mod" which is because Kyranzor was the original creator and sole modder for the first few months. Later joined by Fiffa, the Mapper and all-round helper guy, we have worked hard to create a mod that puts realism together with total carnage of proper, full scale war. Gameplay
Expect to see hundreds, even thousands of men to die in a game of COH KMOD, as squads are cheaper, larger, and more deadly than ever. With realistic (well, in proportion to COH's scale) ranges for weapons, and damage/accuracy improvements, firefights in KMOD are much more exhilerating. Using skins by talented artists such as Halftack and Blacklabel, the men are given unique appearances that make them look much more interesting than original COH. A big emphasis on combined arms has been used in KMOD, as tanks are very deadly to infantry, but infantry are just as deadly to tanks, and must always be protected from eachother. Artillary is now more common, and new doctrines for the Axis allow access to artillary such as the Gustav railway gun, and better reinforcements. Complex game mechanics like the Tank Crew for tanks (Tiger tank, untill further implementation of this mechanic) which enable the main gun and turret, when before only the driver was in the tank. KMOD maps, made by Fiffa or a 3rd party mapper are as large as possible, so allow for huge battles over large areas, instead of the close and cramped battles in the original COH. Testing and Balancing
Many hours have been put into balancing and testing, and it is really up to the player and their tactics to whether or not they are victorious in the end. Come and play KMOD, and crush thy enemy!

I do like the "KMOD" that give you 500 units and I thank the Dev team in making this mod, but the thing is when I install it,like it said in the read me file But when I play a map like 3v3 or 4v4 the allies computer players bulids only the Infantry but bulids no Tanks but the germans build Tanks. Stange that??? Now I have had a look in you mod Kmod.1.36finalbeta. and Kmod.1.36fix, and I have delete some ai files in order so I have tanks in the game like this. Now under KMod\Data\aifinal...I have delete all the A.I files, and in KMod\Data\aifinal\Personality I have delete all the ai files here, and in KMod\Data\Util delete the same. now when I play 3v3 the allies, my self and one computer player bulids Tanks but the other player only bulids only Infantry and it's the same in the axis. Now can you tell me why this happens please:) ...and how do I fix that all players bulids tanks...:) I see in the first KMod there was lots of A.I but in the 1.39c all tha A.I has been taking out can you tell me why you did this??
Is there anyway the dev team can add the two mods 1.36 and 1.39c together that world be great......
We did take the AI out, becouse the AI was not fit for KMOD.
As the Allies never built any tanks but the germans did. So we dicided to just use the original AI.

Thanks for the reply "FiffA" but it don't fix the Kmod.1.36finalbeta with the Kmod.1.36fix, I still have this problem where germens bulid tanks and allies don't. Now if I delete all the a.i in this mod will it still work? and what can I delete and not delete so that all players bulid tanks??? just tell me so I can play it better thanks.... have a nice day
I recommend you to use our latest release 1.39f
It fixes some bugs aswell other stuff :)

i downloaded it, but i dont seem to get it to work can anyone help me? I also downloaded the skin mod. there you say -modname MY_Mod -dev what do you mean by this? i get the -dev part but i want the example to say what i should put into it.. can you tell me?

And some other news We are about to change the forums a bit, u can already now see new features/improvements. This process will take a couple weeks and the forums will have a better look but same time very easy and useful source :) One of features we are adding is the IRC plugin, so every KMOD Fan can easily connect to our IRC channel very easy. So u can skip downloading any IRC software :)
