i have a few quik questions...

1. How do you add in the following items... -Chairs -Tables -Radios -Flak guns -pipes 2. Also how do u make diffrent textures on diffrent sides of brushes?

3How do u angle brushes at a slant?

Any or all of this info would be appreciated.... im making a map and im almost done. ill post some pics when i am.

Well from the top 1. There is the long way and the short way: LONG: You create these items from scratch in the editor with alot of time and pateints! -=OR=- SHORT: You search around the sample map (dawnville) and sneakily copy the items over from there!

2. To texture diferent sides of brushes you hold down Ctrl + Shift and click the side you want, then apply the texture as you normally would.

3. to angle brushes at a slant you select them then click the 'Free Rotation' button on the toolbar (see attachment) the brush will turn purple and you can rotate/slant it in any direction (depending on the view)

If you'll all check out http://callofduty-maps.codfiles.com there are quite a few tuts for mappping... Virtually Anything that works and applies to q3 also applies here. I suggest ppl asking what caulk is and how to add models, should read up on some basic q3 mapping tuts before even thinking about tryin to get into more advanced phases of mapping..
