HI ! Can anybody teach me to insert a antitank (Standing MG) weapon in my map !!! I have one (from xmodels) but I can not shoot with it !!! What can I do ??? :furious:
cnat you just change a mgs projectile with the anti tank guns projectile and lower the mgs firerate
Here: Right click on the 2D view and choose Misc -> Turret. Press N to bring up the entity window. Enter the following: Key: Model Value: xmodel/mg42_bipod
Key: WeaponInfo Value: mg42_bipod_stand OR mg42_bipod_duck OR mg42_bipod_prone
Key: WeaponInfoMP Value: mg42_bipod_stand OR mg42_bipod_duck OR mg42_bipod_prone

I maked a mistake ! bit now there comes bad weapon info ....!
This was for the MG42 Machine Gun. For the Russian anti-tank gun its a bit different. Search the forum as it has been posted before.
I used this for the MG42 and whenever i try to run my map, i get an error something like this: bad weaponinfo "mg42_bipod_prone" blah blah I typed in everything exactly how u posted and still get problems
Heres the scripting for a gut-busting PTRS41 (Russian Anti-Tank Rifle) Key: model Value: xmodel/weapon_antitankrifle Key:weaponinfo Value:PTRS41_Antitank_Rifle or if its a MP map these are the keys and values: Key: model Value: xmodel/weapon_antitankrifle Key:weaponinfo Value:PTRS41_Antitank_Rifle_mp Hope this was useful:naughty:
