Hi, Is there a limit on how many enemies you can place in one single player map ? Because what I've been noticing is that when I place new enemies the ones that were placed in the beginning of level design disappear. For example if my map has 30 enemies when I place number 31, number one is not seen in the map and if I place number 32, number 2 disappears. But if I delete 31 and 32 then 1 and 2 appear again. Can someone please help me. One more question : when I select the documents1_objective model and place it in then after hitting the "ESC" key the model disappears from the screen. But it reappears when I select the model using the "L" key from the list. What is the problem ?

There is a limit on the total livinging entities at any given moment to get around that set all of your enemies to spawn. Think of it as stations. In station 1 you will spawn 10 enemy who will replenish themselves as they are killed. The spawner needs a count placed on them as well as method of release. I usually spawn at a random so they don't spawn atop one another which could delete your spawn. Also as you move to your second battle station make sure you place a killspawner so no more enemy soldiers spawn late from station 1. Thus not building up the total number of entities on your map over the course of the game. As for the documents I have the same problem and I think it is a problem built into the editor. Look at the avatar map for killspawners. You will name the killspawner such as 1 and place a corresponding targetname of killspawner 1 on the enemy spawner. Always make sure your spawn point is out of visual range of the player or the spawner will not work. (FOR TESTING) You can take a prefab from the avatar game by shift clicking the soldiers their trigger and the killspawner. When you have all the items selected go to the edit button on your editor and choose make prefab of selected items. You can either send them to your test map by closing the map with the selected items and selecting copy items selected when prompted and open your testmap, the selected items will be automatically sent to your map. Or you can create a prefab folder in your call of duty main area and place the prefab there. Happy spawning William Tell

Sorry I didn't give you the address.

http://www.iwnation.com/Forums/index.php?showtopic=1783 A kill spawner simply tells the ai once the player walks through the trigger that they are to halt further spawning. It's a simple trigger to set up. get the avatar tutorial and you will find the killspawn trigger then find the axis soldiers with the same killspawn number. When you see the location of the killspawner verses the spawn trigger it will be clear.
