ive had this three or four times now. In the middle of a game (mp) the screen freezes, a window pops up with the message : "an error has occurred in CodMp.exe This program will shut down. Do u want to tell Microsoft about this problem - send or decline"

Cod closes and my desktop looks way too bright, leaving me no choice but to reboot my pc.

I use windows XP professional :fistpunch:

Does anyone else have this...i hope this will get fixed in the patch ;r

i have had that happen. For me it had to do with trying to use a game minimizer with Cod....Quit using it and the problemn went away.

Hey, I've been having that same problem. The game starts up, I go to the main screen, and it kinda hangs up and then black screen, then Microsoft C++ Runtime Error Abnormal Program Termination. Really weird. I can get into the game by setting my troublesetting details down, but it locks up and the textures have some MAJOR ARTIFACTS! AMD 900mhZ 256 MB Ram GeForce FX 5700 Ultra CoD RULEZ! ANy HELP MUCH APPRECIATED!

That used to happen to me on my old computer with half-life mods all the time, but my old computer was also a pos. this computer runs everything real smooth and i havent had any problems with it. maybe try turning down your graphic/sound/resolution settings? I dont know if it will help but i know how much a pain that sort of crashing can be, and if it stops it then hey its worth it

Yea the problem does sound different Bionic. I have this same problem with all of my games. I think it might be that my mobo died or something. Im gonna get a new one for christmas, hopefully that and a full reinstall will fix my problems. By the way if anyone has problems talk to the activision tech support, their really quick!
