Hi all, I was wondering if it is possible to join a remote COD server on the internet from more than one pc on a home network. I have tried and always only one pc can join the game. I presume this must be something to do with ip addresses. Is there a way round it? As it would be great if my buddy and I could both play the same game from one house. Thanks

First off you have to have copies of the game for each computer.. then on the shortcut to the game (right click the shortcut, click the shortcut tab, then in the target line) add +net_port 28962 ex. "C:\Program Files\Call of Duty\CoDMP.exe" +net_port 28962 Now, for the first computer or any computer you dont have to do this, but for a second add that and for a third do +net_port 28964 and for a fourth +net_port 28966 and so on. Hope that helps

That's odd I put 3 computers in a public pure server with the same copy of COD and never did any of that. Me and friends played all night that way and everything worked fine?????
