after watching that video (and the QuakeCon one with both the Brits and Russians) many times, i noticed that in the Red Square one the Health Bar isnt in the compass like the demo, but a horizontal bar underneath the ammo count. first i thought, "cool, each side has their own way of telling health", but when i checked it against teh other video, i noticed that the health is displayed in the compass like the demo. was the health bar location a last-minute change?

About the health bars, I kinda like it being displayed as a horizontal bar in the bottom left. It's only a very minor problem, but the compass, for me, seems a little bit clustered at the moment. Oh well, as long as the game lives up to its promises and lives up to the standards the demo has set, I won't mind!

i just found out: the HP bar is now 'officially' a horizontal bar, not displayed by the compass, but below the ammo count

looked great! those MGS are awesome i hope they keep that level of vol, in fact make it louder! cuz you hear one of those blasting you go DEAF

only one bad thing, was i the only one that noticed when he picked pu that Mosin Nagant the bolt was BENT? this is a very simple thing which almost non of the game designers can ever understand!!!!: the standard infantry rifle 91/30, carbine M44 and M38 have straight bolt handles, means it sticks out of the rifle horizontally when you are holding/aiming the rifle. now ONLY sniper versions had bent bolts and those were not that common lying around on a the battlefield and especially without a scope, maybe they will change it, maybe not

either way is still going to be the best WWII game out there (as long as they have an SVT 40 :naughty: )

nope no SVT 40s. only Scoped version of the Mosin Nagant.

i noticed another thing. why doesnt the Mosin Nagant sniper and the Mosin Nagant share the same ammo count? thats one of the things i like about RTCW. everything (wel in SP) shares ammo cuz their calibre/type is the same (eg Thompson uses the same ammo as the Dual Colts), but thats the only game which has it. sure u cant really use Colt clips inside a Thompson, but im pretty sure that u can use normal Mosin Nagant clips inside the Scoped version.
