If it says you need access then you must not be logged on as the full admin. Anyway, there are the steps to installing the editor,

1. Insert disc, click no when auto-start pops up. 2. Go to My Computer and right-click the disk and select Explore. 3. Navigate to the main folder and select Editor or Sandbox 2, it'll be called something like that. 4. Enter the folder and double click the installer, it's only 9 mb so the install will go fast. 5. Once the installer is done go to your main Crysis folder again, but this time in the hard drive, not on the disk. 6. Go to the Bin32 folder and you'll see the new sandbox2editor icon, right-click so you can make a short-cut to the desktop. 7. Enjoy.

i can't install the editor either. I don't think its because i don't have the administrator settings. It just won't let me install it. crysis1.jpg

Try this out, tell me how it works!

;).

Also, for the ^ problem directly, if you have space, create a new folder in C: somewhere and install Crysis there. Don't let the installer default, lead it to the new folder you created. See if that works for you.

You should be able to find that file on the install DVD. Use the windows Search function and specify the drive as your search-to location.
