I would say medium with some things on high such as effects and volumetric, (Object Detail Low) Your CPU is fine for Crysis, so is your ram amount, I can run Crysis on high with 4* AA 1280*1024 (Low Object Quality, and Physics, Medium Shadows) while it will only use upto 800MB Ram after 5 hours of gameplay. In all honesty, I would expect your system to do better then mine. While your GPU is not as good as mine, nor is your ram amount, your CPU will hold you a mile in front of me, if you had a slow sole core, then I would say medium tops...But with that CPU you should be able to get effects and object quality, volumetric, and physics on high with no trouble...

Download the demo and give it a whirle.....Oh and Resolution in Crysis makes LITTLE to NO difference, in fact, I don't gain ANY FPS increase on 800*600 compared to my standard 1280*1024, yet you get heaps of quality increase (Sharpness)
