i found an ork bug. Well when in a mission in campaign mode, whenever you save and then re-load at a later time your ork resources will be reset from there previous number back to just counting your commander units and nobs :naughty:, therefore it is possible to have your own little ork swarm mod type thing going on ion dc without ever having to touch a mod. I accidentaly found this whil doing the iG stronghold, my god i have alot of tank bustaz right now :tommygun:
Wow thats a good one, i haven't done the ork nor eldar's campaign and i don't think i am going to do them. But if i do the ork one i will remeber that.
Dark_reaper;3433517Lol, and i just thought of anouther good one for the spider too. Using the spider you can turn nothing into something, which is hilrious. At the begining of the game every necron player spams a bunch of necron warriors to hold of his enemy, or even rush, until he can get enough power to make summoning cube and upgrade monolith. The problem with this is that people will vechile rush you and pwn you. Well if you do that and speed it up a little so you can get 1 spider out quikcly you can turn free warriors into expensive immortals by using your delete button and having the harvester collect the bodies. This also works for flayed ones if you need melee all the sudden. LOL free teir 2-2.5 troops ftw. This also works as a stratagy to make it so that you can transport your army around quickly as each spider can harvest 10 bodies, that means that they can essentially carry 2 warrior squads each around the map for you at no pop cost. Lol necrons just keep getting better.
I got A res orb one. make 2 monoliths max flayed ones and then kill them max flade ones again then kill them on the area where you killed the outher flayed ones max flayed ones once again make anouther base bring make all of your killed flayed ones and you have allot of flayed ones put them in the monoliths deep strike them, you deep strike like 30 full squads of flayed ones, you can dop this with outher units too!
hmmm ill get this one off my chest i got an ork exploit make 2 gretchen squads reaserch cloak ability have one make generators while the other runs over into the enimy base and build mines i am not being specific for you have to figure out the resource management on your own, thanks
Found another exploit to add onto my previous ork post, if you attach a commander to a squad with a cap on it and then reload it will only count the commander and you will be able to make another squad. The necrons never expected an army of 50 flash gitz, nor did they survive it. I only had 5 squads of flash gitz the 50 was a typo. And i tried the trick again on the eldar stronghold but it didn't work, so it may have just been a glitch.
I found a reverse exploit, or something that should be fixed, for IG. When you are IG and you have your psycker curse their vechs, it turns the vechs into heavy inf. Well, IG frag grenades say they do damage to inf and heavy inf only but not to vechs. However, now that the vech is heavy inf, shouldn't the IG squads be able to use their frags on the vechs? This bothers me alot actually.
Are necrons supposed to not recieve cover bonuses ? Becuase if they are that should probably be fixed, even though it would make them even better.
i made extensive use of the ork save/load-trick and pwned all races with tons of shootas,flash gitz and bazukkas:lol:
