well i fixed my crashing problem and for some reason. im really enjoying SS. i find this quite strange since its basically a remake of DC but with a bigger campagin and 2 new races. well let me try to explain. when i fixed my crashing problem and defeated the IG stronghold (really hard to beat) i was really enjoying the game. i would do what i did with the other games. get the camera close for dynamic camera angles. pretend my units were talking to each other. other then the load times it seems as though this game is perfect. heck even the character models look a heck lot better. so are you sastified with you SS copy?

I am satisfied, i did my reserch, i knew i was paying for 2 races, air units, and a remaded campagain. I love soulstorm. I didn't have to pay for it, i just borrowed it. It is a good game. I wasn't expect much out of it. Thats why people don't like it. Its because they were expecting to much, and they hate the game because they don't follow fluff and arn't these killing machines and stuff. And for the love of (whatever deity you worship), IRONLORE GOT BANKRUPT IN MIDDLE OF PRODUCTION!

ill agree with this, i am actualy. the thing that annoyed me about DC was the fact that it was only one planet and once you knew where say the attack twice was it was a little boring. plus it was harder to fully upgrade your comander (i wanted to see my Chaos Comander as a deamon) And i actualy had to loose territory and then retake it to finaly get all upgrades on him. And then i only got to use him in one battle. It was pointless i thought.
Thats what i like about SS, you can actualy upgrade your comander fully and still have half the map to play with it.

thats true. it also feels like they let up on some of the things you needed to do to get a wargear piece.

I loved it the second I got it, dived straight into the dark eldar campaign and found I adore them...it wasn't long before I started playing online where the gameplay is alot more fun and I think it was well worth the £20, only gripe still is the loading times in the campaign are phenominal where i never had this problem before...need to upgrade my pc methinks.

Looks like mostly people actually knew what they were buying :)

I loved it, ever since I pre ordered like four days before it comes out. I didn't even sleep. I had to take sleeping pills and I didn't wanna get out of bed. I slept about two days and the other two I spent playing insane skirmishes on DC.. Anyways, air units blow. I skip 'em. The campaign is good, until you pass it with five races... then it gets a little stale. And I love the SoB! They're awesome. I'd love SS even if I paid $100 for it.
wait who voted no?
I didn't make it!
I got soulstorm, and i love it.
The Dark Eldar Pwn.
the only thing i hate about it is it takes like 10 minutes ( actuall time) to just load up the campaign map, then like another 10 minutes to load the game, so i just dont do campaign.
