i have a small question that may or may not be intentional. my game re=uns fine by the way and i really like the mod. but anyway i was playing as the doc last night and when i would drop health bags to myself i would get the first one right away but the second would just fall on the ground and then i would have to stand over it for a few secs before i could pick it up for myself (while i was below 100 health). like isaid im not sure if that was intentional or not but it kinda hurts when im low low on health and am falling back to heal myself for another attack or revive. other than that i love the game no noobi spray and pray ang no panzer/ flamer makes for much better games and all the maps are awesome.

Hi Logan, This is a feature :) I play doctor class 90% of the time, (as i did in normal wolf), and was often critisised for making the Doctor class too powerful, so this is one of the changes I made to the Doctor's, to even the class balancing. In older versions you would see whole teams of doctors because they started with more ammo than they do now, and could "instant heal".. we still see more docs than any other class, but it's much better... So, there is a 5 second penalty when picking up heath paks for Doctors. This is documented in the on-line players guide, a link to which is on our web-site, and in your windows start menu.. or here :) http://www.the-wildwest.co.uk/guide/ This is something we tested a lot, orginally i wanted an 8 second penalty, but it was eventually dropped to 5, and the concensus was in agreement . Basically you need to adjust your wolf medic tactics slightly ;) .. Once you know that you can't just runaway and instantly heal yourself, you will be a better Doctor, ie healing your team mates instead of your self (and giving out molotov ammo :) ) So in conclusion, there are no "Rambo Doctor's" in WildWest, each class is balanced in unision with their abilities and weapons. btw, did you know Soldiers can run faster / heal faster & take less damage than other classes? or that sherrifs & Captains can pick up aditional weapons off the battle field, or that soldiers can hold all weapons, they simply have to pick them up (they loose these weapons when they die however) There is plenty for players to learn in WildWest, and they can't expect all their Vanilla wolf skills to directly translate into WildWest. well like i said it was just a question thats all. just wasnt something i was used to since i usually will just throw myself into the middle of a firefight to revive someone and its nice to have full health before doing so thats all. but something ill just have to adjust too thats all. believe me ive played medic since the day i bought wolf so my first priority is always to the team heal then myself .

p.s. Also to note for new players is a one second delay on ammo pickup and also no ammo pickup if you are already maxed out. (I noticed many packs left behind yesterday)
