I'm afraid that this is a rather old endeavor, and that the efforts to create this clan have fallen apart long ago. We (all who took interest in participating) lacked sufficient funds, resources and overall organization required to even get a server up and running.
This is essentially a dead issue, as the clan never really existed as one in the first place. It was more of an idea than an actual active organization. Perhaps sometime in the future it will be possibe to revive this idea.
