yea i now what ur talkin bout....but yea...it;d be cool if ID software like gave us a choice when they had 2 diff. models of monsters..and we the players get to choose....how much would that own

I do agree that the change of the Archvile to a more classic look came rather unexpected, but honestly, I could do with either one. The previous model (the one decided against) would have given it a more alien-like appearance, for a more updated look. However, the model that id decided to use simply makes the Archvile, in my view, a bit easier to recognize.

Maybe they decided to throw in a bit of nostalgia in the game with that version of the Arch-vile.

That original model is badass though.

all of you are taking this far too seriously.The Arch-Vile in Doom3 looks awesome simply the way it was portrayed, and the above larger picture of a second version of the Arch Vile just looks silly.

Scarface8904Doom 3 is missing some enemies as you all know. They should make something where you can put the enemies in the game, like a mod or something. As far as the enemies go here are the ones D3 doesnt have...Spectre, Pain Elemental, Baron of Hell, and Arachnotron. Those are the missing enemies.

The Spectre is added by mod called Doom Realism now in version 0.6, it's on doom3files.com.
