I can recommend The Dark Mod (2 demos) and Into Cerberon (MP):- Modlist - modwiki There aren't that many "true" total conversions out there.

For example the "In Hell - Director's Cut" it's a Total Conversion big Campaign mod with many good sp & mp maps in a old school style and is amazing !!!

Not a TC. A great project, but it's still essentially Doom3, so it's not a "total conversion" at all. Doesn't make it any less great, though.
