If you don't have photoshop, open them with a paint program or something like Picture & Fax Viewer.:iron:

Yes, I always open them in Quicktime Pictureviewer and copy them to Paint. From there I simply save in .JPEG format.

I do not know, but I would speculate that such is a more reliable way to store them in case they are taken at high resolutions (i.e., 1600x1200 and above). I say this mainly because I have come across many high-res images that have been in .tga format as well.

I suggest Infranview, quick open. Easy convertor.

Also, if you want to take a screenshot of your map or something in the editor. The way to do it is to hit the PrintScreen key, then go into paint, hit ctrl+v to paste. Your picture should now be in paint, just save it as whatever you want. :)

Yes, Irfanview is a very reliable pic/scan viewer.
