So 4 years to make this game... and its been here for a month.... I was hoping id be still playing it even after a month. But its now just taking up space on the desktop. I am playing HALF life 1 and having more of a ball... DOOM3 was just graphics which were amazing. But i dint knw that JUST GRAPHICS couldnt make a game a perfect 10... im giving it a 5/10.
Ok so i guess... Its been over a month now. And this is to people who have had it more than 7 weeks. Do you still enjoy the replay value?
Seems this DOOm3 forums is pretty blanch. the thread at bottom of page 1 is from 1 week ago.
Heck, I still even play Doom 1...why not Doom 3?
Sid is right for once  Doom3 aint that great man. Lacks in quite a lot of things. Sorta like farcry. But it was still cool for a while

Most first-person shooters are like that. You finish them, and then shelve them for good. The reason games like Half-Life, Doom, and Duke Nukem 3d stayed alive for so long because they were highly moddable with good multiplayer and designing levels was not too difficult.
It's been over a month for me, and although I'm not yet finished with the game as I can only play off and on due to outside influences (damned employment) I'm still planning on playing through again on Nightmare.
I would die without GF

The thing that i think could ahve save doom3 and would have so much more people buying it would be co-op!
Yeah, FPS are like that. You remove in from your computer, and 2 months later say: "Hey, remember that game..." and you install it again. Only games I've played that were truly good for replay value were NWN and Morrowind. In another few months you'l probably all be playing D3 again lol.
you mean you guys dont play it all the time now i feel like a freak i got it the day it came out and i have gone throught the game 12 times (3 on recruit 3 on marine 3 on veteran and three on nightmare and im playing it on recriut again) and im still havin fun
