Did you install the mod to the rtcw folder and not rtcw/main.

There's a post by Huey somewhere on this forum that explains a number of the errors encountered by people while installing the mod.

nytefang,

Just in case you may have had an "earlier" version of WW on your computer, remember that it is necessary to UN-install ANY previous version in the PROPER manner. You should NOT just delete the files from your WildWest directory and then install the .12 and then the .13 patch. ALL previous version need to UN-installed either through the WW startup box, (or through ADD/Remove Programs in the control panel of a Windows machine). Unless done in one of these two ways, your registry will be very confused and look for things that aren't there any more.

I only mention the above because I failed to follow the instructions myself once. Heh heh. Otherwise, the only other suggestion I would have is to click and read the "installation instructions" very carefully on the "download page" at the WW site at http://www.the-wildwest.co.uk/ Read everything.

The mod should work fine with either RTCW patched to v 1.33 or any of the 1.4 varieties. Hope you get it worked out.
