ok so i made my very first map today with the doom3 editor and put a monster in there the fat one ,my ? is how would i go about making it were when i kill that monster another one will spawn thanks in advance :confused:
:) that it is what you want exactly but I do not imagine that you want that appears a monster to kill another one, is very simple the first monster must have as objective to second and you must create an entity to the second like giving the option him of teleport or to sapwner or ambush with value of 1, to create the entity presses key n when you have selected the monster, good luck :)

Place 2 monsters.
On the 2nd monster (which you want to teleport in ), give it the following key/values:
teleport = 1 hide = 1
Now, make sure everything is de-selected, then hold SHIFT and select the first monster, then the second monster(the one that teleports), and press CTRL+K to link them together. Once done, BSP the map and load it up. When you kill the first monster, a second will teleport in.
