this is really complicated, i did that and after turning it into a zip opening the pk4 in a word doc its just jibberish... what do i have to do, extract the pk4 and go through it like that?

Just use winrar to open doom3 pak files. No renaming, converting, or extracting or any of that bs. Wicked quick editing. As for the jibberish, it must have happened when ya turned it into a zip.

alright try the pak000.pk4. then go to the def folder. Look in the player.def. then go further down till you find pm_runspeed etc. you should see max_stamina. change that to w/e you want to change it to.
