When I was alpha labs sector 1, I threw a gernade into a couple of zombies. But when the gernade went off, the only part of their body that gibbed was their heads. About two seconds later, their whole body disappeared. What's up with that? I think it's happened before but I just now noticed it.
This can be because you use some mod that changes some things.
No, I haven't downloaded any mods for the game yet.
Have you patched Doom 3 to the latest v1.3.0 or v1.3.1 version ? Also make sure you have the latest drivers for your gfx card and directx v9.0c april 2k7 !
I have the 1.3.1 patch.
hmmm that can be cuss of the "global burnaway" for zombies, from the "monster_default.def" --
"global_burnaway" "8" // All Monsters will use this burnawy time, except trites "ragdoll_push_scale" "0.25"//.26 // By Clone JCD
i dont remember if this is in there by default, prob isnt since i got the code from JC, but if you copy this and paste it in there, and if you change the "8" to "1" or even ".5" then all zombies vanishes after that time regardless of gibBed or not :p
Well, yeah. But it didn't disappear when they by ment to by the game, it was should've dissappeared 5 min later if they haven't gibed. But it was only seconds when they did disappear. And when I was playing in DLS2 level, one of the doors came down on a fat zombie, and only his head disappeared.
