PLZZZZZZZ someone help me i can`t run doom 3, i get this error ERROR: LoadTGA( lights/squarelight1a.tga ): Only type 2 (RGB), 3 (gray), and 10 (RGB) TGA images supported i have a P4 3.2ghz, 1024 ram, ati mobility 128mb radeon 9700 with the latest driver HELP FAST!!!

my game runs fine :) but when i push f12 for screenshots it turns it into a tga file i found away around the problem by convereting it into jpgs after words i dont know if these two things are related or not just thought id mention it ;)

If it would be another game I would tell to you install the game on some other PC, see if the error goes away, then locate the "missing file" and place it in the right position on your PC... But with these f***in' .pk4 files this solution is not applicable...

I'm opening the .pak files with Winzip.... Ok, I found "squarelight1a.tga" in the pak000.pk4 file...

First try yourself to open the pak000.pk4 file with Winzip (simply click "Open" and choose "All files *.*" as the file type to open... or drag pak000.pk4 into the winzip window) and try to locate the missing file.

If you cannot find it, maybe yours is a defected copy... return it. But you still have one chance... the one I was telling you in the beginning, except that you have to place the missing file, taken from the second PC, into the .pk4 file.
