Ok so I am a very avid 40k and DOWDC player and I've just started modding. So far everything is making sense but I have a few questions that still don't make sense (or something was left out when I was told) no matter who or what tells me how. 1- I need to know the exact hight/width and file size for badges and banners. It's a tga file right? 2- How do I get the the in game mini-map to show the normal map details. That bright green shroud thing confounds me to no end! 3- How do I get the preview mini-map to show up on the loading screen and the map selection screen. Thx for your help -Seth

for 2. and 3. You must make your own minimap and icon becouse modtool makes it green. for that you use graphic programs like gimp or photoshop. For making your own minimap: Take a shot of your maps's overview than convert it to .tga file with 256x256 pixels. For making your own icon. use the same shot ,which you take for previous stage, than convert it to .tga file with 128x128 pixels. Atlast name the minimap file as: mapname_mm_custom name the icon file as: mapname_icon_custom

badges need to be 64x64 tgas and banners need to be 64x94 tgas. when you've finished you banner/badge be sure to flip it vertically or it will appear backwards ingame (same with minimaps and selection icons.
