Scotzmen here with another tutorial. this time a FX one. we'll be learing how to change the coueler of the lasgun laser. first get the FX Editor supplied with the relic dark cruasde mod tools. And download the sga extractor i have kindly put with this post. put the sga extractor files into your dxp2folder. and then double click on the exe file. it will do what it has to do so go get you cup of coffe or summing!! when its done open the FX Editor and point it towards this>c:/program files/thq/dawn of war - dark crusade/DXP2/data/art/fx/gaurd/weapon_fx/meduim/muzzle). and fine somthing along the lines of 'guardsman_muzzle'. Nothing will happen. in the bottem left click on the button named play it will repea the lasgun flash. in the top right colum aloud of cool looking wordy stuff will come up. click on the second coulerd box. then click on couler. The space at the bottem will change to a couler pallet. click on one of the RED slider bars that is under all the pwetty coulers :) click on whtever couler you want and watch it change if it dosent click on the sliders that are diffrent coulers the the ones you have picked and chnage them to the couler you want . do this for all of the drop down menus. and watch you simple yet effective very mini minimod come to life :D Thats all fokes more tutorials will be added. so hopefuklly keep an eye out p.s if some of this is unclear to you please leave a comment on what you dont undrstand and i will explain it in greater detail. Happy FX editing, and i hope to see many fx mini mods on filefront soon.

What program? or is it the sga? if its the sga then right click on the dxp2data.sga then click open with then click browse and point it towards the file then it should work.
