Okay, so, i thought this up in my spare time, I have this plan to make all tank type vehicles, like the predator, unresponsive(no sound, no animation) untill you place at least 1 marine in it(this is in syncronization with my other modification which makes all squads into single units) Of course, one marine will only activate the main gun, the main gun animation and the voice, but it still can't move or shoot the side guns. another marine will activate one of the side guns, but it still can't move. all 3 marines will allow for full movement and firepower. Is it anygood? and how do you code this kind of thing?

Well the guns, would act like the gaurdsmans chimera port guns in some way. The driving, not sure. maybe you do somthing with the requirments to help to. I think youd need to make a mix between the abilitys to.

so give the tank a special abilty to fire but the special ability has a requirement. 3 infantry models must be in the vehicle for it to fine the main gun and so on. but youll have to activate the abiltys to allow them to do this stuff.

Thats just off the top of my head. you should also try relic forums. filefrotnt forums isnt that filled with experinced coders and such.

oh and for the dreadknought (sp) u could put a limping marine for the animation until he gets in and it would only take one and the sommon icon would say wounded marine hero

u can set abilities to be on automaticly wen the requirements r met thats y u hardly see abilities apart from those on magical units and stuff so y not set it so the speed is 0.1 then with 3 ppl inside give it an ability to increase the speed by like 1000%, and do the same with the guns....
