well that will be difficult to determine - I assume you are talking about the Imperial Palace Seige level? We will ahve to find the balance between Lag, and awe-inspiring huge battle, which will be very difficult. The level however will concentrate on many small parts of the battle, one bit at a time, so you will have to say, get reinforcements to the breach as one objective, then switch to playing as the White Scars and take out a group of traitor tanks trying to flank the gates a moment later. This way the battle is kept seemingly large, but the player will only be at one point of the map at a time, the rest won't be seen, so it doesn't ahve to be full of units lagging you to death. Of course there must be a stage where we see the full scale of the attack, but it will probably be limited to cutscenes. That level is a long way off at the moment. i just wondered what the cap will be for the whole mod. btw are you including the dual at the gate( S V BT)and the dual in the battlebarge?(E v H)

Sorry, I'm confused, what "cap" are you refering to? And yes, if we can we are going to get Sanguinius in BT Back-snapping action :p

well, like I said, it will be different for each misison, based on how many troops we want fighting. In fact alot of the time, we don't have any cap at all, the mission being a set number of troops, reinforcements added automatically when you loose some etc.

P.S Demo should be out friday :)

Ok, I said today, but due to stuff getting in the way (we realised with an addition on the map we can make it even better - and who are we to ignore such things?) the demo will be delayed by a day. Basically, a few touching up bits, the change on the map, tidying up some loose ends, then we are ready. This can all be acheived tomorrow (saturday). I have something to nag about - the game is good. DoW is one of the nly things i do (cept from sleeping, studying, and goin to skool), but during the cinimatics, I ACTUALLY FELL ASLEEP!!! The pauses between speeches where sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo long!! I counted an entire 3 minutes just for a scout to say: "CAptain, we have retrieved the strategic point, but i believe there is something you should see..." 3 MINUTES! I really hope you fix this in the next release, and maybe have an autosave like in the original campaigns..... Also, the colorschemes in skirmish shouldn't be the same as the normal schemes. You got them right in the single player, but the chapter colors in the 31st millennium weren't the same as in the 41st millennium.... Otherwise, the mod was well cool! Ican't wait for the full version (mm......... siege of the Emperor's Palace *drools*)
