How do I change support/pop cap? Do I need any special tools to do so?

You need the AE (attribute editor) that comes in the mod tools. Tutorials can be found on the rdn wiki on the relic developers network forums (www.relic.com/rdn )

You can download them from www.dowfiles.com Make sure you get v.141 of the tools, these are the most up to date versions of them.

um gretchin, i found the attribute files that i downloaded basically unusable. no help file, no explanation on how to use it, just a "choose folder with lua files." i found it about 10 000 times easier to just modify the lua files themselves with wordpad. if somebody could explain how to use the attribute editor from dowfiles i would greatly appreciate it, as my many minutes spent pondering found nothing. i changed support and pop very easily, but cannot change ork resource, rather annoying as ork resource is an incredibly stupid concept.... build a WAAGH banner per every slugga squad.... means eldar outnumber you 3 to 1....

Race BPS is the section you need to change - the file will be in there. If you want to find something, just look at the tree structure and consider where it might reasonably be. Caps are race details, so they're under the Race section of the Attribute Editor's tree :)
