Now to make a version of all 3 characters with jump packs as well.

Also, how to figure out how to add guardsmen to the IG command squad to give that commander a little better chance of surviving in a fight. I swear, that blasted guy died 6 times over the course of one battle...

You could make the guardmen the base unit instead of the captain and make the captain the 4th leader option. @ Razagel- I didn't notice if the squad became fearless or not. I'll check that out and let you know.

Well, I replaced all that stuff in the command squad lua, added a sgt, and made the guardsmen_squad the base unit. I can't get the blasted thing to burn to an rgd though...

I'm not hot on fluff I'm afraid Razagel, but if they should become fearless maybe Potemkis could give the Chaplain Battlecry or something similar as an ability? Re-naming it as nessesary.

I edited the lua in the mod folder for my mod that I created. I load up that mod project in the AE, and I just can't find the file in the AE to be honest. I'm going to try again, and if not, I'm going to have to send it out to someone to burn it for me. It already sucks that I can't make use of that WHM script that Brother Santos wrote- my computer doesn't have the power... either that or I have too much crap on it. Knew I should have deleted that porn...

Can I just check you have a modtools/datageneric/Chaplain_Mod folder for all your luas and a Chaplain_Mod folder in your Dawn of War folder for all your .rgds? If you have then when you open the AE you go to file then open Mod project which will list all the available mods i.e. w40k, my_mod and Chaplain_Mod. Highlight Chaplain_Mod and click ok. Wait while it loads up, take the dog for a walk or something and then when it finally loads up look for the Squad files for IG...I'm just loading up now then I can describe where the entry should be. Ok, unlike lua folders the AE is all alphabetical so look for the guard section and find guard squad, expand the menu with the + button to the left of it and you should see guard_squad_command_squad, highlight it by clicking it then go to file and click on save 1 binary. This should then save a .rgd to your Dawn of War/Chaplain_Mod folder with the correct folder layout. If you have modified and saved the lua and this doesn't work something in your folders set up is wrong.

I've been meaning to have a go with Brother Santos' tool for a while and I'm off Wednesday so I'll have a go. If...big if by the sound of it...I have any luck with it I'll get those models for you...but don't hold your breath, I've never even installed my 3ds max (6) yet let alone know how to use it.
