You can't combine different builds of ai. If one mod is using skirmish 1.5 and another 1.75 ect then they are never going to work, same with the vanilla ai, this won't work with skirmish ai. You will have to use 1.75 as a base then create all new ai files for the other mods. Big job if you have never done it before. If you download skirmish 1.75 there are instructions on how to do it.

yeah i read em, really confusing for me, i got all ai working but i cant play against the steel legion, tau and tyranids at the same time. i can play with any one against another and any number of normal races (eldar, chaos etc). just need them to work at same time now

Just a friendly word of warning here. If you are thinking of releasing a mod which enables people to play to play several mods together, i.e. Tau, Tyranids, Steel legion and others, you need to get approval from the makers of the mods involved. Somebody did this a while back and got a lot of flak. Ok, he didn't even give credit in his readme or anything about the mods involved but teams didn't like it last time and may not be too pleased if it's done again. There is also work going on (or now done) to make all major mods compatible with each other and I think the mod teams involved would prefer to see the mods working together as part of this new repository. As I say, just a friendly warning as I too would like to see all the mods working together (already can) but doing it without permission may not be wise. Just trying to save you getting thrown off the forums like the last guy. If it's for your own personal use then you don't need permission of course. Good luck with it anyway. :D
