if you have the tools for WA u can extract the maps from (shit i cant remember the file) the compressed files in the W40K folder or the WTP? folder.fuck it ill come back for this after some file searching, and ill give u the exact list of things to do to get the maps out.

i have the tools now (took just another 2 marvellous hours of pure fun with re-installing the game and the good old "run out of diskspace" patch problem). 1.41 WA mod tools up and running, what now? any help appreciated :-)

WTP? WTPs are texture files. You'll mean WXP (Winter assault eXpansion Pack) :)

Good luck with the map editing - I've never worked with it myself. Just read the readme for setting the mod tools up, read the Relic RDN Wiki and see what happens when you try to use the map/mission editor - always the best way to learn :)

yes i do, excuse my mem iv been playin UT2004 editors choise the last few weeks. im still coming back to this. Ok u want to extract the file called WXPData.SGA from Root/Dawn of War/WXP in to the WXP/Data folder, the maps will be in Data/scenarios/SP. obviously use the SGA extracter thats with the tools. just rip them out edit them if u have to and stick em in W40K/data/scenarios/MP. or WXP///MP.
