Hi guys, Can someone help me? I've just bought WH40K Dawn of War, have a Dell Inspiron 5160 with an Intel P4@2.80ghz, 512mb RAM and a NVIDIA GeForce FX Go5200 64MB graphics card, but the game plays really slowly and juddery, Almost to the point where the action is in slo mo and almost stops altogether, even on the lowest settings. Should the game run OK on this spec? Am i doing something wrong? Any replys welcome, Thank you.

There could have been an installation problem or interuption. Or the very same "RAM" issue a lot of people get. When you boot your computer when you reach the desktop press "ctrl+alt+delete" then click on the processes tab and see what things you may disable. Or simply disable your antivirus software :) Good Luck

Yea, if you're on an XP build, which more than definitely you probably are, it's eating up quite a bit of your 512 mb of ram. If you've got any other programs, like a firewall or an anti-virus, it'll eat even more.

Really, if you have the resources I'd definitely recommend you push your ram up to a gig and get a card from the Nvidia 6 series or the Radeon equivalents. Otherwise, make sure you aren't overusing your ram, and that your card isn't overheating while it is playing the game.
