Easiest thing would be to not play it ;)

Second easiest (and more useful) would be to tell whoever made the left out units mod about it (what you were doing etc)

Third easiest (and one which requires some knowledge) is to run the game in Dev mode (add the "-dev" switch to the shortcut) and when the carsh occurs, check the console output to see if it says anything, or check the logs in the Logfile directory. I've not used SCAR much, only AI, so I can't promise how useful the output of them would be.

It would tell you the reason for the crash pretty accuratly, if you understood SCAR that is. I recommend you do step three, then copy and paste or take a screenshot of the error, and then inform the Left Out Units mod (now Table Top Round Up) team of the SCAR error, and they will do their best to fix it. If step three appears a little complicated, (which to me it does anyway), when the error occurs, press CTRL + SHIFT +@ (actually, the last but depends on which keyboard you use, I recommend trying a number of different keys for the last segment) which will bring down the taskbar. The taskbar will show what the error was, and then print screen it like I said earlier.

Well are you playing a mod or did you put the left out units into the actuall game, because if you did that some errors could accure.

Yea,i've had a lot of problems with mods doing this.Try emailing the creators of the mod and tell them what all happens before it freezes, and see if anything is wrong with the files or if any are in the wrong place. You could also uninstall then reinstall, because as Google said, you may have had a bad download. If all else fails then you can probably do without it.

It's best if you go into your mod directory and uninstall the mod rather than fully uninstall WA and DOW.Reason being is because you might end up wasting tons of time redownloading and reinstalling everything that way when there's a chance you could have simply uninstalled the mod and been done with it.
