I started making a movie for dow and it seems to be very glitchy! I was wondering if there was a way to fix that or am I just going to have to forget about doing the movie?
did u use fraps to make ur movie?
Fraps is a program that records (in a sense) pictures. It takes each screenshot at a very fast rate and puts them in a synchronised order. Afterwards (once your done) you can put these pictures into a video. The program is good, but it does have its flaws.
kay. i normally make them manually by decoding and reorganising the images after making small clips with the basic microsoft software
I do use fraps, its still glitchy, like when i record all the sudden my game becomes real glitchy and the glitchyness transferrs to the film and ive tryed but failed to fix it myself
can you record stuff straight off your computer with it then, like it records what you do
I know that, I have no probelm filming, the film is glitchy, do you guys not understand my problem? I have made short clips on my friends computers and things like that but on my computer the film strips are glitchy, I need to know how to make it not glitchy, if my game glitches, (witch when fraps is recording it make it gltich pritty bad) it makes the film glitchy when u watch it, and i cant fix it!!!!
What do you mean by "glitchy"?
sorry, but the answer to the "what do you mean by glitchy?" question is.... Its like a slow computer, every other second it will freeze for just a tiny bit of a second while fraps is recording. the game gets major glitchy and its more or less a "stop-go-stop-go-stop-go" in a fast pace kinda thing. I never miss any part of the battle, it just turns somthing thats 1 min into about 3 because of the glitchyness. I thought maby it did that in the game but the film would be fine, but when i looked at the strip collected, it had the same glitch problems, its like fraps was running fine and was recording the glitchyness of the game. Anyone know how to fix it? (I think its just becuase my computer is to slow)
