i have made badges and banners and got them in game but i have one problem the background isnt clear it stays white or black, can someone help me plz!!!!

yo im playin the game and my badges nad banners dont show up, they do in army painter but not while playin it can u help me solve the problem?????

i wouldnt know how to sort that out soz but do you get transparent backgrounds? if so how do you think i could do it, im usin microsoft image composer thx
