Hi Guys I've dowloaded all the latest official DOW patches. Its all good, but there are a coupl of issues which I'v tried to search for on these forums but needle, haystack, etc. First of all since getting the new patches the 3D camera is all on the wonk - I sometimes can't zoom in a pan and need to Backspace to the default view to reset it. Second, the map in the lower left hand corner is too big for the "border" around it - and the enemy units never seem to stray beyond the border which is where my base usually is. Sorry if these are really obvious things that have been covered before - I had a look, and can't find nuffink. Cheers Joe

It seems you made those "bugged" dimensions I suggest equal dimensions when making a map. i.e 250x250 500x500 250x500 500x1024 These type of dimensions won't give you any problems.
Thanks for the reply - I didn't make the map however, it happens on all maps. In the tactical map on the lower left hand side of the screen there's a border round it - problem being since the new patch, the lower left and right edges of the map overlap the border massively.
I don't think its a resolution problem. I've attached a screenshot cause I don't think I'm explaining it well. As you can see, the playable map overlaps the border, and the enemy units don't seem to stray past the border meaning if my base is there the game's a bit... meaningless really.
Scratch that guys, it is the resolution. I've fixed the map, but now because of the resolution I'm having too play with a much smaller screen, totally losing the scope oft he game. Is there any way round this?
Nobody seems to know how to fix it. Hope that relic would do patch that would fix that damn problem.

what resolutions are you playing? Let me guess, some widescreen...
Well only dc has some sort of widescreen support
