I'm going through the campaing as the Space Marines, and at the very start of Mission 4 where there are two groups of MArines and three rocket lanucher tanks, I cannot get the tanks to fire.
I have tried "attack grpound, and the tanks just treat it as a move command; I have tried just attacking the Orc structures and cannot get the rockets to fire - they just edge to the cliff and look down.
I'm in V1.4, GOTY Edition, and have had not problems till now.
I've searched this forum to seeif anyone has experienced htis before but it seems no one has. Any suggestions and/or links would be gratefully appreciated.
well i was gona say u could be pressing the left key on the mouse but now that u said u try doing attack ground and it doesnt fire. Well sorry i cant help but like i said it might be because u pressing the wrong key(i doubt it)
left button, right button - they're all "move" to the Whirlwinds.
Sometimes I get just two rockets fired, and no more. I can see the loading ammo bar (light brown), and sometimes it gets about a quarter of the way there, and then it just disappears, and the rocket launchers wave around a little bit, but nothing comes out of them and the Orcs just pick them off one by one.
I've tried selecting one, two, and three of them, but no luck.:(
The soldiers have no problems moving and attacking but they get wiped out by the Orcs.
Still open to suggestions - could it be a setting somewhere? I've got most settings for graphics to "high".
Mission 4 is quite playable. You're just overlooking the fact that the whirlwinds are set on Cease Fire (little green hand). Turn off cease fire and they'll attack. ;)
o yea was remmbering i had that problem win i first played it but now i remmber there on cese fire i was trying ot think what it was cause i had that problem first time i played to.

Hi guys (and gals?),
that did the trick! I was quietly of the opinion it was probably something simple...
