Hi all I was just playing EF1 and I remembered that there is a way to have more advanced shadows ingame, but I just cant remember how to do it. I know it is something you type into the console but cant remember what. Could anybody help me here? Thanks

cg_shadows "x". A setting of 0 disables shadows (recommended). 1 enables, basic, circular shadows. 2 will enable volumetric shadows (You must also set r_stencilbits "8"). Enabling shadows will reduce performance.

r_stencilbits "x". If you enabled Volumetric shadows above then you’ll want to set this to 8. NOTE – Your graphics card must have a stencil buffer to do this, e.g. GeForce or Voodoo 4/5. Voodoo3 does not.

Thanks Guys that worked great, shouldnt have a problem with performance my PC is updated once a month :P. I am suprised a little bit of the quality how sometimes your shadow misses the legs or head or something but its not too bad. Thanks anyways
