When I have more knowledge of Voyager, I'm going to be writing Elite Force novelisations. I was pretty annoyed at the lack of subplot with the Beta team in both games, so they'll all be expanded. One of the things I'll be doing is giving Korban a brother. His brother (called Krona until I come up with a more Klingon-y name) is not impressed by his brother joining Starfleet. As Krona is the older brother, he tries to force Korban out of Starfleet and away from Sydney (explained below). Korban refuses and stuff happens and he's dishonored (maybe) and his brother tries to kill him to restore the family's honor. He fails. Pathetically. About the Korban/Sydney thing. It's something that I've never seen done before yet, to me, it seems like one of the most obvious things in the game. Look at how he reacts when Sydney is hurt in the shuttle crash. If I remember it right, that is definitely not simple concern for a friend. I think there's an underlying attraction that Korban feels for Sydney. The game doesn't even hint about whether Sydney returns it, but I think she does. Alex/Telsia is an obvious relationship. I considered having it Alexandria/Telsia, but I prefer having a male/female relationship in the front of my fics. I tend to have male/male or female/female relationships in the background, but some of them do step into the spotlight a bit. The only other planned relationship is Chang and Jurot, but I'm not sure about that. EF2 showed them as really being friends, but nothing more. What do you all think so far?
I think that I'm not 100% sure what you are going to do or not or what your goal is :uhm:
Did you actually read the post?
I'm going to be writing Elite Force novelisations.
I'm not a native English speaker...
Of course I did read the post!
It was really not 100% clear for me what the post was exactly about before :uhoh:.
Of course I did read the post!
Sorry, but I have encountered people who have posted without reading the posts before them.
It was really not 100% clear for me what the post was exactly about before.
But you're clear now?
No problem. Yes, now I could understand it.
Are you going to comment on the rest of the post?
Yes, I'll do so.
I think that is pretty okay so far. Will this story be played at stvef or ef2 or just come as text ?
I pretend I'm cooler than AzH

Fanfic is generally a book or other kind of writing.

I think you can run here in legal issue's when trying to create a book since you will be used copyrighted name's (Star trek is in fact a copyrighted name, therefore most people cant use it as a title at all, since they dont have the permission).
I would like to know a few things first: Is it going to be a free to download book? What is the intention behind the book? Are you going to try to keep it as trekky as possible or do you allow yourself also some more space? (In other words, are you going to make sure your story can't clash with any other story from either the movies or other books?)
I'm definitely interested.
