1.- What is the importancie of bones? tags do the work of bones , or all Models need to have some bones? 2.- what is the importancie about the sequence file? where can i get it and how i put it into GLM archive 3.- i need complie my model with 3d studio and Md3 importer , no .qc archive , it will supose any problem ? 4.- what is the importance of sequence files? how many frames i need to put to file and how i can create the sequence file? 5.- what is the importance of give the correct name like l_hand or L_arm_..... to the items? :uhoh: :confused: :uhoh:
1: Bones in jk2 a VERY important! - the bones give the model its ingame animation.
2: What sequence file? - If you mean the _humanoid.gla then you can find it in assets0.pk3
3: To compile the model you need assimilate (it's a part of the jk2 tool kit).
4: Again, what sequence file?
5: I'm not sure, but i don't think that the names are important. I use them anyway cuz i don’t want to take chances. If you add new stuff like a rope, helm...etc then you can call them whatever you want.
Ok im the friend of Lightninja and im doing the model with him , i have other question , how assimilate work? im looking it but dunno how works, and the second question is ---> if i build the bones , what will happend with tags? i will need it ? or i dont need tags if i make the bones.
