I may look like a n00b now, I don't care. I've searched the board for days looking for the answer to my question, but I haven't found it. I'm making an MP map for Jedi Outcast. In it, I plan to use custom textures. I put the custom textures in textures\thepub\{mytextures}.jpg. All of them are at the right resolutions (to the power of 2) and are not progressive JPGs. When starting the game, I set sv_pure to zero and devmap the map. When I look at the custom textures, they are not scaled correctly but are very small and tiled. The map editor, GTK Radiant, shows them perfectly but the game doesn't. One more thing. During the compile process (more accurately, when the lighting process starts) it gives me an error, "WARNING: Cannot find image for shader textures\thepub\{mytexture}" Can anyone please help me?

Well, I had to go and find out the answer for myself. Three weeks of doing nothing but investigating this have been wasted when I could've been working on my map and probably be finished by now. Thanks for all your help and for the ubundance of concern you all had from the vast amounts of posts here.
