hey autocept, do mean you can open .glm files, edit them and save back up as a glm or is there more to this process. i just want to edit a couple of models, like switch the heads around. or is it more complicated than that like having to add new skeletons and animation. i have 3dsmax i just don't know how to model yet. if you have any insight on this i would greatly appreciate it. thanks

yeah, is more complicated than that. If you want to only switch head around you most weight the mesh to the bones and the with 3dsmax export the model as a .xsi and then use carcass to convert the .xsi on .glm. I think that you can find more information about this on this two sites:
